MS ball valve - a universal valve for pipelines

Ball valves are offered in two versions of pipeline conjunction: flanged and welded. Face-to-face length of MS ball valves fully corresponds with the standards for the pipeline fittings.
MS ball valve construction allows making changes to the design of the product, taking into account specific requirements of our consumers.

Quality control is carried out at all stages of production - starting from the procurement of materials and ending with the inspection of finished products. The quality of the manufactured valves is approved by international quality system certificate ISO 9001:2000 (certificate No. 213531), and corresponds with the requirements of European Directive 97/23EC (PED); API Specifications API Q1, API 6D.

Sales and delivery

In connection with the expansion of the manufacturing facilities we are expanding our production market and establishing our official representative offices in Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Germany, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and other countries.
Our main consumers: various branches of iron and nonferrous metallurgy, power industry, building industry, chemical industry, oil-producing and oil-refining industries, communal services and oil and gas transportation. Transportation and payment terms:

Transportation of ball valves can be carried out by all kinds of transport in accordance with the transport regulations. Each product is sealed in polyethylene packaging. Ball valves from Dn 15 to Dn 40 are transported in wooden boxes, and products over Dn 50 may be shipped either on wooden pallets or in bulk, by prior agreement with the customer.
For orders more than 20 tons the cost of transportation in full or in part is paid by the seller, depending on the location of the customer. Payment terms: Advance payment or letter of credit.

MS ball valves are made of constructional and cold resistant steel with the following nominal sizes DN (mm): 10; 15; 20; 25; 32; 40; 50; 65/50; 65; 80; 100/80; 100; 125/100; 125; 150/100; 150; 200/150; 200; 250/200; 250; 300/250; 300; 350/300.       Nominal pressure PN (MPa):1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 10.0.      Temperature: from -60⁰C to +180⁰C.
